Shipping and Returns
Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment and, if being delivered within the UK, will be sent via 1st Class Recorded delivery. For payments made by cheque please allow 3-5 working days for clearance at the bank. Once cleared, goods will be despatched as above.
For despatch to Europe and the rest of the world, we aim to dispatch the order within 24 hours of receipt of payment and a proof of postage will be obtained.
All orders over the value of £50.00 will be dispatched by Registered Mail.
Orders over £50.00 will automatically have Free Insurance included

Europe: £2.10
Worldwide: £2.50
For Registered or International Signed For: £4.50
Orders Over £50
UK orders: £3.00
Europe: £4.50
Worldwide: £6.50
Packages weighing over 1 kilo will be charged on an individual basis depending on weight, destination etc.
These rates are subject to change if Royal Mail increases their tariffs.
Returns
At Slim Stamps, we hope all our customers are satisfied with the items purchased from us. All orders are checked prior to dispatch, however, if you do wish to return an item for any reason, the following will apply:
Item should be returned within ten (10) working days of receipt in the original packaging
A brief reason as to why the item is returned should be included.
Once the returned item is received and checked a full refund, including return Postage, will be issued without delay.
